- Introduction
- Estimation of shipping dates is based on several factors, the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can read your order and assemble items for shipment (For Example for orders Received from countries outside Europe, you have to consider that Trauma vet offices are open from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+1 and that Couriers pick up the orders at 04:00 pm every day Excluding Saturday and Sunday). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
We calculate delivery estimate as follows:

Europe ------>Next Workday
USA&Canada------> By the end of the 2nd Workday in almost all Destinations
Rest of the World------>Within 2-3 Workdays

An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also be communicated once you've placed your order.International customers:
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
Orders that are fulfilled by Traumavet.com and shipped via a trackable method (UPS) will have tracking information available in Your Account or you can directly Track your Order using the Tracking number you received with your order on the UPs Website( See link below). Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
• If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
• If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
• If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
- 1. Free Shipping
- If your order is equal or more than Euros 1800,00 Free Shipping is offered automatically. Free Shipments are delivered using the standard delivery time (UPS Express Saver). If you're in need of a faster delivery contact us; Trauma vet offices are open from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+1. Consider that a faster Shipment will be invoiced even if you reached the required amount to get a free Shipment.
- 2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Traumavet.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Where the products are sold to a Client who requests a delivery destination for which customs duties are applied remember that taxes, customs duties and fees, are levied once a shipment reaches your country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The Client has to clear Customs independently. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
